Book Pricing Estimate for Perfect Bound Poetry Collections, Novellas and Novels

 

  • Interior text layout and ready to print file production

 

  • Cover design and layout including spine text (NWP art on front cover)

  • Choice of Author photo and condensed bio on back cover or optional author supplied art in required format or blank back cover with our printed logo, ISBN/Barcodes - advance review quotes may be printed on back cover, along with author photo and bio.

 

  • Creation of Title page

  • Creation of Copyright page

  • Creation of Table of Contents

  • Creation of Dedication Page

  • Layout up to 200 pages

 

  • $595.00 flat fee without editing. We will perform a spell and grammar check but it's the author's responsibility to provide a professionally edited manuscript, ready for print. All manuscripts are published and printed 'as is' with the exception of spelling and grammar check.

  • Each additional 24 interior pages $25.00 additional   

  • Professional cover art $50.00

 

  • Up to 10 pre proof one page corrections free. 

  • Thereafter, revisions or corrections $5.00 per page.

  • Pre print corrections of final email pdf proof:  $10.00 per page

  • Hard Copy Author Proof is required prior to final print:  $30.00

  • Any revisions to printer's hard copy proof will be billed @ $40.00 per half hour (actual print fee)

  • Interior grayscale art; additional fees apply.

 

  • ISBN supplied by NWP for actual cost.   Author retains all rights.

  • Copyright registration by author; $45.00 and 2 books submitted with application to Library of Congress.  http://www.copyright.gov/

  • Online bookstore listings $12.00 annually (on the above mentioned online bookstores)

  • One Time Listing in Ingram Advance Catalog which circulates to libraries and book buyers: $50.00

  • Additional promotional opportunities available by author request, at actual costs. We pass on actual costs; we do not mark up these fees.

  • Poetry collections up to 104 pages:  $350.00.  Size:  5 x 8 on white or creme interior paper.  Same services and requirements as listed above.

  • We do not edit poetry books.  All manuscripts are printed as submitted.  We reserve the right to decline manuscripts that do not meet our requirements or standards.

Perfect bound book sample price: 80 to 104 pages  5 x 8 or 6 x 9 =  $3.78  per book

Example of larger Book: 296 pages, $6.60 per book.

  • Wholesale Distribution to online Bookstore electronic listing may be available to qualifying manuscripts.

(For online book sales, Author sets selling price. Author royalties: deduct 55% wholesaler fee, deduct production cost. Balance is author royalty minus 25% NWP website store discount)

Wholesale Online Bookstore Distribution available on an individual basis only, for qualifying manuscripts.  

  

  • Actual Shipping fees USA, Canada, UK etc, paid by author, including any applicable taxes.

  

Saddle Stitch Poetry Chapbooks

  • Flat fee $250.00 ready to print document file - includes editing, design, NWP color cover

  • No minimum – per unit price based on 100 books

EExample: 64 page chapbooks, saddle stitched  $4.50 per book

  • Wholesale Distribution to online Bookstore listings are not available for saddle stitch books

  • Other promotions may apply except listing in ForeWord magazine.
